RMA and Return policy
|

Tera
Micro Inc. issues RMA# before
custumer's returning equipments
purchased from us. To get this RMA#
from us, send us followings
Required information:
Form(PDF file)
Tera Micro invoice number, date,
item part number, serial number,
reason of returning.
Tera Micro Inc. only hold
responsiblity of replacement or
refund for DOA porduct and defect
products which fail within warranty
period.
Return Policy:
After inspecting returned good, if
good is returned without any
external damages and not working as
we described when we sold it, we
shall either replace it or refund it
only when the product is under warranty
period. Returning shipping cost
should be paid by sender however if returned good does not show
any mishandling or under
exceptional forces and it does
not work according to our
description at the time of sale, Tera Micro, Inc. shall cover
replacing shipping cost
by
ground to the sender.
In case the returned goods are
working all right without any
problem, 20% restocking fee shall be
charged for wrong returns. |
